Mill Pro Manufacturing Inc. provides precision machining services including, but not limited to, CNC milling and turning, hardware installation, 3D printing, laser engraving, and custom part fabrication for various industries.

2. Quotes & Orders
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted based on agreed specifications, timelines, and pricing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Lead Times & Delivery
Estimated lead times will be communicated upon order confirmation. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to material availability, production capacity, or external factors. Mill Pro is not liable for losses due to delayed delivery.

4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed in the quote or invoice. Late payments may result in delays, interest charges, or suspension of work.

5. Quality & Tolerances
All parts are manufactured to the specifications provided. Mill Pro is not responsible for errors due to incorrect or incomplete drawings or files. Tolerances will be discussed prior to production and confirmed in writing.

6. Customer Materials
If customer-supplied materials are used, Mill Pro is not liable for damages, failures, or delays resulting from defects or inconsistencies in those materials.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, models, and specifications provided by the client remain the property of the client. Mill Pro does not share, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
Mill Pro Manufacturing Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the services or goods provided.

9. Returns & Disputes
Discrepancies or issues must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the product. Returns or rework will be handled on a case-by-case basis. No returns accepted without prior approval.

10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United States.
